Community Garden Assistance for Local Nonprofit
The Fit & Food Connection is a new non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.
We need volunteers to assist with weeding, watering, and harvesting at our community garden, Project Sunflower.
Task: Maintenance of our community garden through tasks such as weeding, watering, and harvesting produce.
Time: Various times throughout the week. Please check the link included below for each opportunity. Please note, you must sign up for an opportunity if you plan on attending. We are not always at the garden at these times if there are no volunteers signed up!
